The civil engineering scope of this project involved comprehensive groundwork and infrastructure development to support the installation of the New Apron – E Fuel Hydrant System. The scope encompassed excavation, foundation works, trenching, backfilling, and surface reinstatement to ensure smooth integration with the airport’s existing facilities.

Completed in 2022, the project was commissioned by the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Sri Lanka and executed by the main contractor, China National Chemical Engineering No. 14 Construction Co. Ltd.
