Completed in 2023, the project was commissioned by the National Water Supply & Drainage Board and executed by the main contractor, Ceylex Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., headquartered at Level 17, Parkland Building, 33, Park Street, Colombo 02, Sri Lanka.
