The Central Expressway Project (CEP-2) Package B is a vital infrastructure development aimed at enhancing Sri Lanka's transportation network. This segment of the project covers the construction of the expressway from Riloluwa (CH 46+800 km) to Rangallepola (CH 57+000 km), integrating advanced engineering and construction techniques to meet modern infrastructure standards.

Completed in 2018, the project was commissioned by the Road Development Authority and executed in collaboration with the main contractor, Tudawe Brothers (Pvt) Ltd, headquartered at 505/2 Elvitigala Mawatha, Colombo 5, Sri Lanka.
